How much does a car service cost in Houston?
It depends on the vehicle, distance and time. Every ride is priced by quote before you book: request one at newclasslimo.com/quote or call or text (713) 203 7393.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes. We track your flight and move your pickup if it lands early or late. There is no charge for a delay outside your control.
How long will my chauffeur wait?
40 minutes from when your flight lands on airport pickups, and 20 minutes at all other pickups. After that, waiting is billed by the minute.
What if I need to cancel?
Sedans and SUVs are free to cancel until 24 hours before pickup, 50% from 24 to 4 hours before, then the full fare. Sprinter vans: 7 days. Stretch limousines, weddings, proms and holidays: 14 days.
When is my card charged?
When you book, you save a card and agree to our Terms of Service. The card is charged automatically the day before your ride.
What areas do you serve?
All of Greater Houston, including Katy, The Woodlands, Sugar Land, Memorial, River Oaks, Spring, Kingwood, the Heights, West University Place, Missouri City and the Galveston cruise port, plus rides to Austin, Dallas and San Antonio.
How far ahead should I book?
Daytime rides (7am to 9pm) need at least 2 hours notice. Night rides (9pm to 7am) need at least 12 hours notice. If you book at night for a ride in the next 12 hours, please call (713) 203 7393.
