Booking and prices

How do I book a ride?

Ask for a free quote on this site, or call or text (713) 203 7393. We send your price by text or email, usually within 1 hour. Your ride is booked once we send you a confirmation; a quote alone does not hold the car.

How far ahead do I need to book?

Daytime rides, between 7am and 9pm, need at least 2 hours notice. Rides between 9pm and 7am need at least 12 hours. If it is late at night and you need a car within 12 hours, call (713) 203 7393.

How much does a ride cost?

Between IAH or Hobby and downtown Houston, a sedan starts at $120 and an SUV at $140. Galveston cruise port rides start at $280 from IAH, $250 from Hobby and $260 from a Houston home or hotel. Other rides are priced by distance and vehicle, and you see the price before you book.

Is gratuity included?

Your quote says whether gratuity is included. When it is not, you can add it when you book, when you pay, or after the ride.

When is my card charged?

The confirmed fare is charged to your card on file the day before your ride, or at booking if the ride is less than a day away. Extras such as waiting time, stops or parking are charged after the ride with an updated receipt.

Do you bill companies monthly?

Yes. Companies can open an account and receive one monthly statement for every ride.

Airport pickups

Where will my chauffeur meet me at IAH?

Terminal A: the Limo Reception Area inside baggage claim. Terminal C: inside baggage claim next to Door 103. Terminal E: outside in the first floor limo section, following the Ground Transportation signs, because construction keeps us out of baggage claim for now. Terminal D is under construction, so bags and the exit are in Terminal E. International arrivals clear customs and come out in Terminal E.

Where will my chauffeur meet me at Hobby?

Inside baggage claim. Hobby has one terminal and every passenger comes out the same door.

Will the chauffeur hold a sign with my name?

No. For your privacy, your chauffeur holds a screen with your confirmation number, the one in your booking email.

How long will my chauffeur wait?

At the airport, the first 40 minutes after your flight lands are free. At any other pickup, the first 20 minutes after the pickup time are free. After that, waiting is billed by the minute at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

What if my flight is late?

We follow your flight and adjust the pickup. Airline delays are never charged. Give us the right flight number, because without it the free time starts at the scheduled pickup time.

Do you pick up private flights?

Yes. At IAH: Signature and Atlantic. At Hobby: Signature, Atlantic, Million Air, Jet Aviation, Wilson Air Center and Galaxy FBO. At Sugar Land Regional: Atlantic and GlobalSelect. At Conroe: Galaxy FBO and General Aviation Jet Services.

What if I can’t find my chauffeur?

Call or text (713) 203 7393 before you leave the pickup area. Leaving with another ride without calling counts as a no show.

Changes and cancellations

Can I cancel a sedan or SUV?

Free more than 24 hours before pickup. From 24 hours to 4 hours before, 50% of the fare. Inside 4 hours, the full fare.

What about a Sprinter van?

Free up to 7 days before pickup, then the full fare.

And stretch limos, weddings, proms and holidays?

Stretch limousines, plus every vehicle booked for a wedding, prom, quinceañera, holiday or major event: free up to 14 days before pickup, then the full fare.

My airline cancelled my flight. Do I pay?

Tell us at least 4 hours before the original pickup and we move or cancel the ride with no fee.

Can I add a stop on the way?

One stop of up to 15 minutes is included. More stops, or a longer one, are charged for the waiting time and any extra distance.

Cars and chauffeurs

Which vehicles do you have?

Sedan: up to 3 passengers and 2 bags. Chevrolet Suburban or Cadillac Escalade: up to 6 and 6 bags. Sprinter van: 9 to 14 and 8 bags. Stretch limousine: 6 to 10 and 3 bags. Stretch SUV limousine: 12 to 16 and 3 bags. Shuttle bus: 21 or more.

Can I ask for the same chauffeur every time?

Yes, and we encourage it. Request a chauffeur by name and we assign them whenever they are available.

Do you have child seats?

Ask for them when you book. Texas law requires a child safety seat for children under 8 unless they are 4 feet 9 inches or taller, and the parent or guardian installs and checks the seat.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, in a carrier. Service animals ride without one.

Do you take wheelchair or stretcher patients?

No. We drive clients who can walk on their own, including to doctor appointments.

Language, areas and hours

Do you speak Spanish?

Yes. The office speaks Spanish, and so do most of our chauffeurs. Ask for a bilingual driver when you book.

Which areas do you serve?

All of Greater Houston, from The Woodlands and Kingwood to Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Clear Lake, League City and Galveston, plus rides between Houston and other Texas cities.

Are you open on holidays?

Yes. We drive 24 hours a day, every day of the year, holidays included.

Who answers when I call?

Raine, the owner, or Amanda. It is a family run company, not a call center.
