Where do I meet my chauffeur at IAH?
With your confirmation number on a screen, never your name. In Terminal A, inside baggage claim at the Limo Reception Area. In Terminal C, inside baggage claim next to Door 103. In Terminal E, outside the terminal in the limo section on the first floor; because of construction we can't wait in Terminal E baggage claim for now. Terminal D and international flights come out in Terminal E.
What if my flight is late or early?
We track your flight and adjust. Airline delays are never charged, and your 40 free minutes start when you actually land.
I landed at Terminal D. Where do I go?
Terminal D is under construction, so your bags and your exit are in Terminal E. Get your bags, go to the first floor and follow the signs for Ground Transportation. Because of the construction we can't wait in Terminal E baggage claim for now, so your chauffeur waits outside the terminal in the limo section on the first floor.
What if I can't find my chauffeur?
Call or text (713) 203 7393 before you leave the airport. We answer day and night.
Why does my chauffeur show a number instead of my name?
To protect your privacy. We never put your name on display at the airport. Your chauffeur shows only the confirmation number we send to your email, so have that email handy when you land.
Can I text you instead of calling?
Yes. Text (713) 203 7393 any time, before your flight, when you land, or if you can't find your chauffeur.
How far ahead should I book?
Daytime rides (7am to 9pm) need at least 2 hours notice. Night rides (9pm to 7am) need at least 12 hours notice. For anything sooner, call (713) 203 7393.
